The worst period of time for any speaker to speak is in the afternoon. Specifically the ?post? lunch speaker from 1PM to 4PM.
If you were doing a ?Rich Cousin, Poor Aunt? Real Estate Success seminar?, I would want you a little tired and far more susceptible to neural linguistic programming (NLP) so that you would be ?PUSHED? into buying my $40,000 coaching programming. Therefore it would make sense to hold that kind of seminar at 1PM.
If you are teaching a CE course (continuing education) on short sales, this could be a trek into a very long and dull afternoon. You would want to teach people when they are fresh and full of life at 9AM and full of (my friend) COFFEE!
However I am NOT ?DULL? and certainly NOT ?NORMAL?!
I debated doing the seminar in my board shorts, bowling shirt, flip flops and sporting my ?hot pink? glittered toe (Duh, Winning!). I am the former head loss Mitigator of IndyMac Bank?s HELOC division with over 20+ years banking and Real Estate experience and I have an image to maintain. I also have a google search pattern of: banker and cage fighter? I am NOT ?DULL?
?In fact after my first two CE courses last week, I have had permission to ?AMP? myself back up to level ?11? (Yes, that was a Spinal Tap reference). So the training on Wednesday will have a lot more energy and the ?old time sake? Lee Honish.
So the question I have for you all is how much information can I jam into 10,800 seconds?
