Chris Fitness Camp is a new and innovative way to get in shape while having fun in the great outdoors. Our camps are about appropriate, challenging, fun and safe exercises that will sculpt your body the right way as quickly as possible.

Chris Fitness Camp workouts are designed to increase your strength, endurance, cardiovascular condition, self esteem, and overall physical condition. All of these areas are improved while having fun and creating new found friends.
